Login Instructions



For your initial login, we have created a generic username and password for all members. 

For your username, please use your 5 digit member number followed by a dash with 3 zeros (-000).  If you have less than a 5 digit member number, please add a zero(s) to the beginning of your number.  (Example 04501-000)  For the spouse to log in, they must use -001 at the end of their member number.  If you don't know your member number, you can find it on your monthly statement.

The format is as follows:

Your username is:
Main Member:  xxxxx-000
Spouse:  xxxxx-001

Your password is:
Your Last Name
Example: Smith


After you have logged in to the website, you will be prompted to change your username and password to something that you can easily remember yet is more secure.   We recommend a minimum of 6 characters and/or numbers for your username and password and it should not be something simple like your last name.  In the future, you can always go to the My Profile page and update your username and password as well as your personal information.
